Shipping:

Orders place after 5pm Monday through Friday or on Saturdays/Sundays will not be processed until opening on the next business day.

Next Day Air and Same Day Orders:  Must be placed by no later than 1:00pm to go out the same day.

We strive to satisfy our customers on every order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order we do allow returns on items that are eligible. Below you can find a step-by-step process on returning items that you are not satisfied with.

1) Contact Us:

If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you received please call us, or email us using the information below. We work hard to satisfy our customers and we want to make sure you are are one of those satisfied customers.

2) Eligibility for Return:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Item(s) must be in the condition in which they were received.
  • Item(s) must be in the original box and/or packaging.

3) How to return the item(s):

Contact 2B Technology Resources at [email protected] or 706-752-5122 to get a RMA. RMA’s are required in the box for every return.  You can return the items by shipping them back to us to the following address after speaking with a rep to get your RMA :

4) Return and Refund Processing:

 Fill out the following form and include it in the package when it is shipped back to our Return Center.

5) Refund Method:

All refunds within 14 days of purchase will receive store credit only and incur a 25% restocking fee.

Refurbished Items

Refurbished items are items that were either retired or taken out of service from an environment for any number of reasons. These devices could have been turned in on trade, or were purchased from an organization removing them from service, or were not functioning at the time and returned. In some instances items are returned/refunded items that were used.

All items sold as refurbished have been checked, cleaned, restored, and/or tested by our staff. Items may show some general wear/tear from previous use and purchasers should expect dings, scrapes, or minor damage. DO NOT expect a “new” condition item, these are used items.

Returns/Refunds for Refurbished Items

On items listed as refurbished, we allow for 10 days to return the item to be returned on non-functional items. Cosmetic wear/tear is not an eligible reason for return.

Return Eligibility:

  • Item must be non-functional. Cosmetic wear/tear is not an eligible reason for return.
  • RMA must be requested within 5 days from time of purchase. RMA expires 5 days from approval.
  • RMA is required to be in the box for every return.
  • All returns must be returned in original packaging, with all items relevant to return to 2B Technology Resources’ return center. Missing items/components will make the return ineligible.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be processed after eligible returns have been received and processed.
  • Refunds will incur a 10% restocking fee.
